The terms and conditions presented herein establish the contractual arrangement between you and Crowthorne Airport Specialist Network. The act of booking a taxi and utilizing our services implies your unequivocal acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

Definitions

"Crowthorne Airport Specialist Network," "we," or "us" refers to the service-providing company. The terms "you" and "your" encompass any individual, business, or company making a booking with us.

Booking

2.1 It is imperative that you allocate sufficient time for your journey to ensure timely arrival, especially for airport transfers where adherence to specific check-in times is crucial. Crowthorne Airport Specialist Network shall not be held responsible for delays arising from your failure to allocate ample time for reaching your destination or if you are not prepared to be picked up at the scheduled time.

2.2 You are responsible for reserving a car of appropriate size to accommodate all passengers and luggage. Crowthorne Airport Specialist Network does not guarantee the transport of an excessive amount of luggage. Note that, regardless of a child's age, they will be considered a single passenger.

2.3 Individuals requiring wheelchair access must communicate this requirement at the time of booking.

Prices & Payment

3.1 The quoted price from Crowthorne Airport Specialist Network is based on the information provided by you. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all prices exclude VAT, and if applicable, VAT will be charged additionally. We reserve the right to modify the quoted price if there are substantial changes to the provided itinerary.

3.2 Our quote includes a 45-minute waiting period after the designated landing time and covers airport parking fees. Any wait exceeding this period will be subject to the standard waiting rate of Crowthorne Airport Specialist Network. While we make efforts to accommodate delays by reviewing flight details, such adjustments are not obligatory.

3.3 Upon acceptance of our quote, you will receive a booking confirmation. It is your responsibility to review this confirmation for accuracy. Failure to notify Crowthorne Airport Specialist Network of any discrepancies may result in delays or costs, for which we shall not be held responsible.

3.4 Payment for our services can be made in cash, credit card, or debit card.

The Service

4.1 You are accountable for the conduct of all passengers during the journey. If the vehicle is soiled, damaged, or negatively affected by a passenger, a cleaning charge may be applied.

4.2 Consumption of food, drinks, or smoking is strictly prohibited in the car.

4.3 Children must be appropriately restrained in accordance with their height, weight, and age.

4.4 The number of passengers transported shall not exceed the limits set by licensing or insurance.

Cancellations

5.1 If you need to cancel your booking with Crowthorne Airport Specialist Network, prompt notification is essential. Failure to cancel a vehicle until after dispatch will result in a charge based on the driver's time and distance to the point of cancellation.

5.2 Cancellation charges may apply if you cancel through our online booking system before the vehicle is dispatched.

Liability

6.1 While Crowthorne Airport Specialist Network endeavors to ensure timely arrivals, we are not liable for losses incurred due to uncontrollable delays. Crowthorne Airport Specialist Network assumes no responsibility for losses suffered by you or your business under any circumstances.

6.2 Your luggage is carried at your own risk.

6.3 In the event of a breakdown, Crowthorne Airport Specialist Network will make efforts to provide an alternative vehicle promptly.

6.4 You shall not hold Crowthorne Airport Specialist Network responsible for any expenses, damages, costs, or losses arising from any actions or omissions of individuals in your party.

6.5 No party involved can exclude or limit liability for personal injury, death caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful default, or any matter deemed unenforceable by applicable laws.

Termination

7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or reject a booking immediately if any vehicle or driver is endangered by abuse, violence, or damage from you or any other passenger. No refunds will be provided for terminated journeys.

Miscellaneous

8.1 Crowthorne Airport Specialist Network may subcontract obligations as outlined in this agreement. You may not assign, delegate, or transfer any rights or obligations under this agreement.

8.2 Crowthorne Airport Specialist Network reserves the right to modify terms and conditions at any time by updating this page. It is your responsibility to regularly review these terms. Existing bookings will be honored at the rates in effect at the time of booking.

8.3 We handle information in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 1988.

8.4 This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Crowthorne Airport Specialist Network and yourself.

8.5 These terms and conditions do not confer any benefit to a third party unless agreed upon in writing.

Disputes

Any dispute or claim must be raised within 30 days from the booking pickup date. Claims made after this period will not be entertained by Crowthorne Airport Specialist Network.
